What you need for this position:
- 5+ years experience in a media sales management role
- Experience in managing sales of publisher products to mid-market customers; direct and indirect sales
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time

What you'll be doing:
- Manage 6+ sales representatives
- Conduct market assessments
- Develop, mobilize and maintain sales business plan
- Address revenue targets
- Report weekly forecasts to management
- Responsible for hiring, training and maintaining sales team
- Perform sales forecasting, account planning and other ad hoc tasks needed to grow the business profitability.

Salary         $95,000 - $250,000 + Profit Sharing
